How do roles work?

 

If your subscription allows it, you can add an unlimited number of users to a team in PlayPlay.

To invite a colleague to create their access and start using the platform, you must have the Owner role:

  • Go to the platform homepage.
  • Click on Team Settings in the left-hand menu.
  • In the Users tab, click Invite a user.

  • Fill in the guest’s information, select the relevant team and the desired role (e.g. Owner or Creator), then click Invite.

  • The new user will receive an invitation email, allowing them to set their password and activate their account.
