PlayPlay allows you to invite external collaborators (managers, community managers, branding managers....) who don't have a PlayPlay account, to view, share or download your videos, with the Contributor role.
To invite a collaborator to have a contributor role, you must have the owner role:
- Go to the platform's homepage.
- Click on Team Settings in the left menu.
- In the Users tab, click Invite a user.
- Fill in the invitee information and select the role of Contributor.
- The contributor will receive an invitation email. They will be able to set up their password and activate their account.
