How do I allow a collaborator who does not have a PlayPlay account to view, share or download my videos?

PlayPlay allows you to invite external collaborators (managers, community managers, branding managers....) who don't have a PlayPlay account, to view, share or download your videos, with the Contributor role.

To invite a collaborator to have a contributor role, you must have the owner role:

  • Go to the platform's homepage.
  • Click on Team Settings in the left menu.
  • Select the Users tab.

  • Click on the Invite Users button.

  • Fill in the invitee information and select the role of Contributor.

  • The contributor will receive an invitation email. They will be able to set up their password and activate their account.

  • What can contributors do?

    On PlayPlay, the contributor can :

    • Watch videos

    • Download videos

    • Share videos

    • View branding

    • View saved templates

  • Only users with the Owner role can invite Contributors.

  • You can invite as many contributors as you like. However, if you wish to add new users with the role of Owner or Creator, please contact your account manager for more information on the process.
