PlayPlay allows you, as a user or decision-maker within your company, to access an activity dashboard. With the advanced version, you can obtain more detailed information on using the platform by yourself, your team, or your company, depending on the assigned roles.
1. How to access the activity dashboard?
To access the activity report :
- Go to the home page.
- Click on the Team Settings category in the left menu.
- Select the Activity Dashboard tab.
You have access to various data available in the basic version, including:
- The number of videos created on a rolling monthly basis, with a comparison to the previous month and a percentage change indication.
- The total cumulative minutes of generated videos on a rolling monthly basis, with a comparison to the previous month and a percentage change indication.
-
Distribution methods
- In the graph, the sum of projects may exceed 100% for the given period, as a project can be both downloaded and embedded elsewhere or associated with a landing page, etc.
- We count the number of occurrences of each distribution action performed during the month.
- The environmental impact of your PlayPlay videos, more information available here.
2. How to apply filters to the data?
The primary advantage of the advanced version of the activity report is the ability to apply filters by choosing a time period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months) and/or data granularity, whether it's yours, your team's, or your company's.
In addition to that, you will find:
- A ranking of the three most frequently used screens during the selected period, whether it's 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
- A list of your team or company members, along with the number of videos they have created during the chosen period, taking into account role restrictions.
3. How do permissions differ based on roles?
Each role offers varying levels of access to filters or certain data. Here is a summary table that outlines what your current role allows:

When you select a specific period, the scale of the graph representing the evolution of your video production— as well as that of your team or company, is adjusted to improve visualization clarity:
- For a 1-month period, days are displayed on the x-axis.
- For a 3-month period, weeks are displayed on the x-axis.
- For a 6-month or 12-month period, months are displayed on the x-axis.
