It is possible to collect media (videos, photos, gifs) from your colleagues, whether they have a PlayPlay account or not, and make them available directly in the library of your PlayPlay project.
To do so, on your project's editing page:
- Go to the Library tab in the left-hand menu.
- Click on the Collect button, then on the Collect from your colleagues' button.
- In the window that appears, copy the link and send it to your colleague (by email, messenger, etc.)
Once your colleague opens the link (from a computer or a mobile), they can follow the steps to import the media they want to share with you.
Once your colleague has finished importing the files, they will be immediately available in your project library.
