If, while editing your project, you notice that your animations are not displaying (or remain frozen), that your texts do not appear, or that unexpected color changes occur on your elements, it is very likely related to WebGL being disabled or only partially supported by your browser.
👉 What is WebGL?
WebGL is a technology built into your browser that allows it to display complex graphics, animations, and smooth visual effects (texts, colors) by using the power of your computer (this is called hardware acceleration).
If this option is disabled, PlayPlay cannot properly display the animated and visual elements of your project.
👉 What is the solution?
To fix this issue, it usually suffices to enable hardware acceleration in your browser settings.
Here are the steps depending on the browser you use:

👉 What to do if the problem persists?
If you have enabled hardware acceleration but animations, texts, or colors still do not display correctly, the issue likely comes from your browser or device configuration.
Here are alternatives to try:
Try another browser: Open your project in a different browser (e.g., switch from Chrome to Firefox or Edge) to check if the problem is isolated to your usual browser.
Use another computer: Log in to your PlayPlay account from another workstation (personal computer or a colleague’s). If elements display correctly, the issue is specific to the hardware or graphics capabilities of your main machine.
Contact your IT department: On work computers, access to WebGL or graphics card drivers may be restricted by internal security policies. Your IT team can update your drivers or unblock graphics card usage.
Are you on a laptop? If your PC is in "Power Saving" mode or running on battery, it may automatically disable the graphics card and restrict WebGL. Try plugging it into power!
Some browser extensions or ad blockers may interfere. To test if this is the cause, try opening your project in a private browsing window.
