PlayPlay enables you to automatically cut silences from your interview videos, so you don’t have to do it manually.
Here's how, in your project:
- Once your video is added to a screen, click the three dots (Actions) on the media you want to edit, then select Edit to access its settings.
- In the Trim tab, click on Remove silences and wait a few seconds for the action to be applied. If needed, you can undo the operation or manually adjust the duration of the different video segments without silences.
Note: If your video has no audio track, the feature will be disabled and unavailable.
- It is not possible to remove silences from imported audio files (music, voice-over, podcast).
- This feature does not remove speech fillers such as “uh”, “um”, etc.
- It is not compatible with screen recordings created in PlayPlay and added as videos to a screen.
