On PlayPlay, it is possible to remove parts of a video that you don't need. This could be removing hesitations, blanks, and repetitions in your interviews, for example.
Once the video media is added to your screen:
-
Click on the Edit button "✏️", which appears on the media field hover:
-
Stray in the Cut tab.
-
Click anywhere in the timeline and lick on the Split button (scissors symbol).
-
Drag the player sliders below the preview to select the parts you want to keep. The retained parts will be in purple and the deleted parts will be in gray.
-
You can cut out as many parts as you like. Just place the cursor in one of the retained parts and click on the scissor symbol again.
-
Don't forget to click on save before closing the media edition window.
All retained parts will be added as one piece of media to your screen and the removed parts will not be visible in your PlayPlay video.
