What should I do if I can't hear the music added to my video?

How do roles work?

 

You’ve added music to your PlayPlay, but you can’t hear it on one or more screens. This may be due to one of the following reasons:

 


 

1. The music volume is muted

The music volume may be muted:

  • for the entire video in the Audio section :

  • on one or more screens via the settings of your screen :

In both cases, simply restore the music volume. Then preview your PlayPlay to make sure the music is playing.

2. The music track is shorter than the total duration of your project

If you can’t hear the music at the end of your video, it might be because the track is shorter than the total duration of your project.

To make sure music plays until the end, you have two options:
