How do I add a clickable link at the end of my video?

You can add a clickable link at the end of your landing page or to your embedded video on your website.

1. Landing page

 
  • Launch the Preview of your PlayPlay, then the HD generation.
  • Click on Landing page.

  • Click on Add a clickable link

  • Once the option has been activated, you can fill in 3 fields:

    • Text: To add an optional catchphrase

    • Button label: The name of the clickable button

    • Button link: The mandatory website to which your audience will be redirected

2. Embedded video with HTML code

  • Launch the Preview of your PlayPlay, then the HD generation.
  • Click on Embed.

  • Click on Add a clickable link.

  • Once the option has been activated, you can fill in 3 fields:

  • You can't add a clickable link in the text field of a PlayPlay screen or at the end of a share link.

  • You can have two different clickable links for the same project: generate the clickable link for both the video on the landing page AND the one to be embedded into a website.

  • For security reasons, the URL of your clickable link must begin with "https://".

  • All changes made to clickable link text fields are saved automatically.

  • You can modify clickable link text fields at any time. Changes will take effect at the end of the video 2 minutes later.

  • You can deactivate the clickable link by clicking again on the dedicated button. The changes will take effect at the end of the video 2 minutes later, and the Replay button will be displayed instead.
