What keyboard shortcuts are available in PlayPlay?

How do roles work?

Keyboard shortcuts help you save time and streamline your editing experience in PlayPlay. Here’s the full list of available actions:

1. Undo and redo an action

• Ctrl + Z (PC) or ⌘Cmd + Z (Macbook): Undo the last action.

• Ctrl + Y (PC) or ⌘Cmd + Shift + Z (Macbook): Redo the action.

2. Copy and paste

• Ctrl + C (PC) or ⌘Cmd + C (Macbook): Copy text or a dynamic element.

• Ctrl + V (PC) or ⌘Cmd + V (Macbook): Paste the copied text or dynamic element.

3. Split a video, a music, or a voice-over

• S : Split the element at the selected point.

4. Manage and move screens

• Left or right arrow key: Move from one screen to another in the timeline.

5. Select multiple screens

• Ctrl (PC) or ⌘Cmd (Macbook) + clic : Select or deselect multiple screens one by one.

• Shift + clic: Select all screens between two chosen screens.

• Shift + left ou right arrow key: Extend or reduce the selection to adjacent screens.

Note: You can also move, duplicate, hide, or delete several screens at once.
