How do I hide a screen?

How do roles work?

 

1. Hide a screen

  • Click the screen you want to hide in the timeline.

  • Then click the Hide icon.

Note: You can also hide the screen by selecting it and clicking Hide from the Actions menu (the three dots at the top right of the screen form).

 

2. Hide multiple screens

You can also select (or deselect) multiple screens at once and hide them in a single action.

  • First, click on a screen to select it.

  • Then:

    • Use Ctrl (PC) or Cmd (Macbook), and click other screens to select or deselect them individually.

    • Hold Shift and click another screen to select all screens between the first and the second.

    • Use Shift + left or right arrow to include or exclude an adjacent screen in your selection.

  • You can then click the Hide icon at the top of the timeline.

You can also duplicate, move or delete these screens all at once.

  • To reveal hidden screens, simply click the See hidden screens icon between two screens then Unhide.
