You might find yourself needing to integrate a horizontal media (image or video) into a vertical PlayPlay project (or vice versa), for example.
Your initial option is to crop your media , risking losing a portion of it. Alternatively, you can opt to maintain its original format, displaying it in full on your screen.
To keep the original format of your media :
- Once your image or video is added to a screen, click on the media insert to access the media settings:
- Go to the Crop tab and check the Keep original format option.
- Choose between two available options: incorporating blurred or black borders (which you can customize to match your branding).
These borders will be positioned on the sides or at the top and bottom of your media to adapt it to your PlayPlay format.
- Don't forget to click on Save and you're done!
