How do I add a dynamic element to a screen?

A dynamic element can be an image, a video, a text, a list, a number, an icon, or a shape, which you can add wherever you want in your video, at the desired moment, and for a chosen duration.

To add a dynamic element to your screen:

  • Go to the screen in which you want to add the dynamic element and go to the Elements tab.

  • Click on Add an element.

  • Choose the type of dynamic element (image, keyword, icon, shape...) and select the animation style of your choice.

  • For text elements (keyword, number, or list), write your text in the text box or directly on the preview on the right.

👉 You can customize your dynamic element:

  • Change the color of your text

  • Put it in bold or italic

  • Change the font

  • Change the background color (if the style allows it)

👉 For all dynamic elements, you can modify directly in the screen preview:

Its size

Its rotation

Its position

When you're done, you can save and exit the dynamic element editor or go back to the main menu to add other dynamic elements.

  • Here are some useful keyboard shortcuts to navigate in the dynamic elements editor:

    • copy and paste a Dynamic Element inside the same project (across the same screen or different ones) by clicking on CTRL + C and CTRL + V (replace CTRL by CMD on a Mac)

    • navigate inside the timeline with the arrow keys (left and right) on your keyboard.
