The asset library allows you to centralize the media files your team uses regularly in their projects. You can import media, rename them for better organization, delete them when they are no longer needed, or even download them if needed.
1. From the home page
- Go to the home page.
- Click on Team settings in the left menu, then select the Asset library tab.
- At the end of the row of the relevant media file, click on Options
⁝:- To change the file name, select Rename.
- To retrieve the file on your computer, select Download.
- To permanently remove it from the asset library, select Delete.
2. From your project's Library
While editing your project, go to the Asset library tab within the Library.

⁝at the top right of the relevant media thumbnail:To change the file name, select Rename.
To retrieve the file on your computer, select Download.
To better organize your workspace, you can also create folders to arrange your media.
When modifying or deleting media in the company asset library, the changes apply to all users in your team who use PlayPlay.
Only users with the required permission (whether they are Owner, Creator, or Contributor) can modify, rename, or delete content in the asset library.
