To better organize yourself, you can create folders to store your media in the Asset library:
- Go to the home page.
- Go to the Team Settings category in the left menu.
- Then, select the Asset library tab.
- Click on New Folder in the upper right corner, then name your folder.
After uploading media into the asset library, you will be able to add it to a folder.

Select the media you want to move.
- Click on Move to folder and choose the folder you want to move them to.

The folders will also be available from the editing page of your projects, in the Asset library tab from the Library category.

If you add media to the Asset library, they will be available to all users of your company using PlayPlay.
- Only users with Owner status can add content to the Asset Library.
