The transfer of a PlayPlay license is handled by your Account Manager.

Contact your Account Manager:
For any license transfer request, please contact your Account Manager (CSM) directly. They are the main point of contact and will be able to manage and follow up on your request. If you are not sure who your Account Manager is, you can contact the chat. Our team will share their name and contact details with you.

Share the new user’s information
During your exchange with your Account Manager, please provide the first name, last name, and email address of the person who will take over the license.
Note: Please note that we do not accept generic addresses (communication@example.com, hello@example.com). Each account is individual and nominative. More info in our Terms of Service.

License transfer
Once the request is validated, the license is assigned to the new user and they are added to your workspace. They will have access to all existing content, including your branding, the asset library, saved templates, and all videos created so far.

Access to PlayPlay
The new user will receive an email to set their password and log in immediately. The previously used license will be automatically deactivated.
