If you are experiencing slowdowns, freezes or technical/display issues on PlayPlay, this can be caused by:

  • a slow Wi-Fi connection

  • a VPN, firewall or other security system set up by your company

  • an incompatibility with our technology (Webgl)

  • a problem related to your browser (browser not up to date, full cache).

  • a technical problem on PlayPlay

You can check if your problem is caused by one of these elements by checking :

1. That your device is compatible with PlayPlay

To check if the problem comes from your wifi connection, a security system of your company (VPN, firewall), or an incompatibility with our technology, you can do the compatibility test by clicking HERE. Capture d’écran 2023-11-15 à 11.13.00.png

👉 If the three categories are green: everything is ok on your device.

👉 If one of the three categories is in orange/red: there is a problem on your device. You can contact the chat, so we can help you fix it.

2. That your browser is operational

  • Check that your browser is up-to-date.

  • You are experiencing a slowdown, clear your cache.

  • Test another browser to see if you can navigate PlayPlay better.

3. That your company's security system didn't block PlayPlay

If your company uses a VPN, a firewall or any other internal security system, you can ask your CIO to whitelist the following URLs:

1. PlayPlay Services
*.playplay.com
storage.playplay.com
cloudfront.net

2. Media Storage Services
media.gettyimages.com (for premium visual content)
images.unsplash.com (for free trials only)
Giphy.com (for GIFs)

3. Video Player Services
mux.com (for video streaming)
litix.io (for video metrics collection)

4. Customer Support Tools
zendesk.com
smooch.io

If after checking all these points, you have not been able to determine the cause of the problem, contact our team on the chat so that we can help you and/or verify that it is not a technical bug!
