In PlayPlay, you can use stock media from Getty Images, such as photos, videos, or illustrations.

In some cases, you may need to find the Getty ID of a stock media item. This ID can help you find the same media again or search for similar content.

This method only applies to Getty Images photos, videos, and illustrations. It does not apply to GIFs, which come from GIPHY.

1. Open the media settings

In your PlayPlay project:

  1. Open the screen that contains the stock photo, video, or illustration.
  2. In the left panel, hover over the media thumbnail.
  3. Click the three dots and click Edit.

The Getty ID is linked to the original stock media. It can help you identify the exact photo, video, or illustration used in your project, especially when several similar media appear in the search results.

GIFs do not have a Getty ID because they come from GIPHY. They cannot be found again using this method.
