PlayPlay provides you with a wide library of media (images, videos, GIFs, music, icons) to enhance your videos. These contents come from different providers and their use is governed by specific rules that must be respected.

1. General usage rules

💡 The following rules apply to all media available in PlayPlay:

  • Media must only be used within videos created with PlayPlay and cannot be used on their own or downloaded for external use.

  • Videos can be distributed on digital channels such as social media, websites, intranet, or newsletters.

  • Some content may be removed from the library at any time: you must stop using it if you are notified.

  • You are responsible for complying with third-party rights (image rights, intellectual property, trademarks, etc.).

❌ The following uses are strictly prohibited:

  • Using media in illegal, harmful, or unlawful content.

  • Using a media asset on its own, outside of a video.

  • Integrating a media asset into a logo, brand, or visual identity.

  • Using media to train artificial intelligence systems.

2. Providers-specific rules

Media available in PlayPlay come from several partners, each with their own terms of use, which means usage rights may vary (for example: whether commercial use is allowed, distribution restrictions, etc.).

Here is their main purpose:

  • Getty Images: premium content (images and videos)

  • Unsplash and Pexels: stock images and videos

  • GIPHY: animated GIFs

  • Jamendo: music

  • Lordicon: animated icons
