You can copy one or more screens from your original project and paste them into another project, saving you from recreating them entirely.
1. Copy a single screen to another project
- Hover over the screen you want to copy to another project.
- Click on the three dots that appear in the top left corner of the selected screen.
- Then select Copy to have the copy in your clipboard.
- Go to your second project.
- Select the screen next to which your copy should be positioned.
- Click on the three dots that appear in the top right corner of the selected screen.
- Then select Paste.
Note: You can also copy the screen by selecting it, then clicking Copy in the Actions menu (the three dots at the top right of the screen form).
2. Copy multiple screens to another project
You can also select multiple screens at once and copy them all in one action to another project.
- First, click on a screen to select it.
- Then:
- Use
⌘(Mac) orCtrl(PC), along with other screens, to select or deselect individual screens. - Hold down
⇧, then click on another screen to select all screens between the first and second selected. - Use
⇧+►(left or right) to select or deselect an adjacent screen on the side of the selected screen.
- Use
- You can then click on the copy icon at the top of the screen strip.
- Go to your second project.
- Select the screen next to which your copies should be positioned.
- Click on the three dots that appear in the top left corner of the selected screen.
- Then select Paste.
You can also duplicate, move, hide, or delete these screens all at once but only within your initial project.
- You can use keyboard shortcuts:

Ctrl + C(PC) or⌘ + C(Macbook) to copy a screen from the initial project. -
Ctrl + V(PC) or⌘ + V(Macbook) to paste a screen into another project.

- Please note that copying and pasting screens is restricted to projects within the same team, maintaining the same branding.
- The simultaneous copying of multiple screens is limited to a maximum of 10.
