Once you have added a B-roll to your interview, you have two options to choose its duration:
1. From the B-roll editing window
- Click on the “✏️” edit button, which appears when you hover over the media field.

In the Trim tab, choose the excerpt of your B-roll you want to keep. To do this, you have two options:

Use the player's sliders located under the preview.

Or edit the start and end time codes located under the player.

Play the media preview to check the result.
Click Apply and you're good to go!
2. From the timeline
This is the fastest and most visual method to adjust your B-roll's duration:

From the bar under the player: click on the purple block representing your B-roll and drag its left or right edges to change its duration.

For more precision on the current screen: click the Open timeline button located under the player. This expands the detailed view of your screen, making it easier to adjust the block's edges in relation to other elements or the specific pace of that screen.
A B-roll duration must be at least 1 second.
The editing window “✏️” also allows you to crop, filter, or add credits to your B-roll.
