Note: YouTube may take a few days to review your dispute. If approved, the claim will be removed, and you’ll be able to monetize your video as usual.

  • It is possible to avoid receiving a copyright claim on your future videos. To do this, using a generic AdRev key (AdKey) is essential.

Note: AdRev is a company specializing in music rights management and content monetization on YouTube. They work with artists, labels, and music libraries to detect the use of their tracks on the platform.

👉 What is a generic AdRev key (AdKey)?

An AdKey is a key provided by AdRev that certifies the legal use of licensed music on YouTube, preventing Content ID claims. We provide this key to PlayPlay users (via our music provider, Jamendo) to help YouTube recognize the music used in their videos.

👉 How do I use the AdKey to avoid claims?

    • Before uploading your video to YouTube, add the AdKey: zP-9jqBrpy63XM to the video description and/or tags.
    • By using this generic key, you significantly reduce the risk of claims and can publish your videos with peace of mind.

Note: Adding the key after uploading and after a claim has been made may cause delays in the authorization process.
