Once your voice-over has been added to the video (whether uploaded, recorded, or generated with AI), you have two ways to delete it: either from the voice-over window or directly from your project’s central timeline.
1. Delete from the voice-over window
In the left-hand menu, open the Voice-over section, then stay on the Audio tab. In the Added section, click the Remove from video trash icon to the right of the voice-over you want to delete.
2. Delete from the timeline
In the timeline, select the voice-over you want to delete, then click the trash can icon.
In the Audio window, make sure not to confuse the Added section with the Audio Files section:
If you delete a voice-over from the Added section, it will be removed from your video, but will still be available in the Audio Files section for reuse.
If you delete a voice-over from the Added section, it will be removed from your video, but will still be available in the Audio Files section for reuse.
Note: If the file had already been added to your video, it will remain there, even after being deleted from your audio library.
