Once your voice-over has been added to the video (whether uploaded, recorded, or generated with AI), you can start it at any point in your video.
To do this, once the voice-over is added to your project:

Go to the audio track in the central timeline.

Select the voice-over you want to move and drag it by holding down the left click to the desired point in your video.
Note: If you’ve added multiple voice-overs, the following ones will also be moved automatically.
