A transition is a visual effect that smoothly connects one screen to the next. It helps make your video more dynamic, easier to follow, and gives it a more professional look.
However, if you’ve applied a transition, you can disable it between two specific screens or remove all transitions from your project to ensure optimal visual consistency.
1. Disable transitions between specific screens
- In the screen timeline, click on Set transition located between the two screens.
-
Select the Inactive option: the transition will be removed between the two selected screens.
2. Disable transitions across the entire video
-
In the screen timeline, click on any transition button (between any two screens), then choose the Inactive option.
-
Next, click "Apply between all screens" to confirm your choice.
-
Close the transition settings window: all transitions will automatically be removed from your project.
-
Here’s how to quickly check if a transition is active between two screens:
-
Transitions are automatically disabled:
-
between the last screen and your outro (if you added one),
-
if your screen is placed right before or after the following screens:
-
All types of Catch Lines,
-
Slideshow 1,
-
Title 6.

-
If you move a screen, the transition following it will move as well.
