When you add a font, you can apply it to an entire video or a specific text field. Once added, it will be available for you and your team members to use on PlayPlay..
You have two options to add fonts to your branding:
1. Choose a font from our selection
From the homepage:
- Click on Team Settings in the left-hand menu.
- In the Brand tab, go to the Fonts section and click Edit.
- Under PlayPlay fonts, click on an empty slot to select a predefined font to add.
- Choose your preferred font, then click Select and Save.
2. Upload a custom font
🚨 Before uploading your font:

Make sure you have the font file in
.otfformat. -
If you don't have the file, you can find and safely download fonts from these websites.

If your file is not in (
.otf), convert it before uploading it to PlayPlay. -
Ideally, obtain the font files in Regular, Bold and Italic styles to ensure Bold and Italic options are available for the uploaded font.
To upload a custom font, from the homepage:
- Click on Team Settings in the left-hand menu.
- In the Brand tab, go to the Fonts section and click Edit.
- Under Your fonts:

- Click on the upload area and select your font file.

- Name your font, then click Upload your own font to add the file from your computer.
- (Optional): Add Bold and Italic styles if needed.
- Click Add, then Save.
Now that you've added fonts, you can use them in a video or a text field.
