You can easily save any custom screen you've created for later use, whether it's a title screen, introduction, outro, call-to-action, or specific elements like legal disclaimers.
To do this, simply navigate to the screen timeline of your project:
- Add a screen, customize it as you like, then click Save my screen from the Actions menu (the three dots at the top right of the screen form).
Note: You can also access this feature directly from the timeline.
- Rename the screen to easily locate it later, then choose how you want to save it:
- For me: the screen is saved in your personal space.
- For my team: the screen is saved in a shared space and is accessible to all members of your team.
- Then click Save screen
- Access your saved screens:
👉 Access all your saved screens by clicking on the My Screens tab in the screens library.
👉 Access all your saved screens by clicking on the Team screens tab in the screens library.
- The preview of the saved screen will display in the original format of the project in which it was saved. However, saved screens will automatically adjust to any project format when used.
- The My screens tab is personal: every screen you save is accessible in your own dedicated space.
- The Team screens tab is shared: every screen saved for the team is accessible to all team members.
- If you want to save a screen created by someone else, simply open the project containing that screen, press the save button, and it's yours.
- To modify the content of a saved screen and save it again, simply save a new version and delete the old one.
