PlayPlay fully respects the privacy of its users: you are the only person who can access your private videos. Your teammates do not have access to them either.
When you contact our support team via chat (for example, if you experience a technical issue with a private project), PlayPlay support agents are notified that the video is private and must obtain your permission before accessing it.
Note: if you accidentally delete a video while it is in private mode, we will not be able to restore it for you.
