What do I do if I can't hear the music added to my video?

You have added one or several songs to your PlayPlay, but you can't hear it on one or several screens. This can be either because:

The music volume is muted

The music volume may have been muted:

  • in one or more screens with the advanced settings

    CREA_AUD_SET_Increase_decrease
    CREA_AUD_SET_Increase_decrease

 

  • in all your video in the Audio section

    CREA_AUD_SET_Increase_decrease

 

 

In both cases, just restore the music volume. Then launch your PlayPlay preview to make sure you can hear your music 😉

The song is shorter than the total duration of your PlayPlay

You can't hear the music at the end of your PlayPlay: this may be because the song duration is shorter than your PlayPlay duration.

 

You have two options to have music playing throughout your video:

Then launch the preview of your PlayPlay to make sure you can hear your music 😉
